I'm preparing to run my second marathon on November 12, 2023. My goal is to run at a 9:00 min pace. For training, my weekly mileage is increased compared to how I trained for my first marathon. This training cycle is also a little shorter than last time (14 weeks instead of 18).
I didn't formally start training until mid August, but I'm including all of August in the table below since I still got some long runs logged and my weekly mileage was comparable to what it would have been during training.
